We are searching for a competitive producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. Your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses

- Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
Responsibilities: We encourage each team member to bring their authentic skills and insights to work each day helping our customers.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

Hours: 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM

Compensation: Starting at $36,000 Per Year (Plus Potential Bonus $300-$400 monthly)

A Message from Jeannie Gregory: I take pride in our community and currently serves as a member of the Gallatin Chamber Foundation BOD, Former Chair of Gallatin’s Economic Development Association, and volunteer representative for Rock the Street, Wall Street. When I’m not talking about insurance, I enjoy traveling, pretending to be a gourmet cook, reading WWII-era fiction, and spending time with my grands; Emmy and Lilly. We hope to bring in a new member that is just as positive and enthusiastic about supporting and engaging with our local community.
Compensation: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Hendersonville and Gallatin, TN.
- Our office is open 8-5.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1992.
- I am a proud graduate of Gallatin High School and Middle Tennessee State University.
- We currently have 14 team members at our agency.
