Requirements: We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic to develop their skills and eager to share the value insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life and realize their dreams.   
 
  • Property & Casualty License (Must Already Have)  
  • Life & Health License (Must Already Have)
  • 1-Year Min. of State Farm Experience Required

Responsibilities: Each position covers a wide array of roles and responsibilities intended to develop your skillset and ensure your success at our agency. Throughout our application process, you will also have the opportunity to learn what a day in the life at our agency would look like. 
 
·      Use customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.  
·      Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
·      Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.  
·      Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. 
·      Maintain and strong work ethic with a total commitment to integrity and success each and every day. 
·      Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business. 
·      Actively participate in hands-on learning and coaching to become an industry expert.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM located in Gallatin, TN
 
Compensation: $36,000-$50,000 Per Year

About Jeannie Gregory’s Agency: Jeannie takess pride in our community and currently serves as a member of the Gallatin Chamber Foundation BOD, Former Chair of Gallatin’s Economic Development Association, and volunteer representative for Rock the Street, Wall Street. When she’s not talking about insurance, Jeannie enjoys traveling, pretending to be a gourmet cook, reading WWII-era fiction, and spending time with her grands Emmy and Lilly. We hope to bring in a new member that is just as positive and enthusiastic about supporting and engaging with our local community.
